Corporate Ask ” Policy ”

This website is an online medium own by “Corporate Ask” (A renowned organization for making, Professional Resume, Cover Letter, bdjobs profile & linkedin profile for clients). It is requested to all visitors & honorable clients to read the policy very carefully before you pay or give us any kind of work. Place your order only if you are convinced after going through the policy. “Corporate Ask” operates all their activities as per this policy. If proceed without reading the policy & working procedure, “Corporate Ask” won’t be liable for any issue & will finish the job as per this policy. According to this agreement, the "First Party" is the first party, and “Corporate Ask” is the Second Party

1.1. Second Party will provide the services of CV Writing, Cover letter writing, bdjobs profile & linkedin profile making to the First Party. The First Party will get the service depending on the packages and will pay to the Second Party according to the payment procedure and amount mentioned in the package. Second Party is accountable to provide the service as mentioned in the package. First Party need to pay additional fees for any additional services s/he wants which is not mentioned in the package.
1.2. The First Party will pay based on the rate mentioned on the website and should use the payment gateway embedded in the website. Second Party will send a confirmation message (An Invoice) to the First Party. The First Party will receive an invoice from the payment gateway. The First Party will be able to check the status of his/her payment from the website. In addition, a separate confirmation message will be sent to him via text on the phone.
1.3. The First Party should send his/her previous resume and any other relevant documents to Second Party within six business days after making the payment. If s/he fails to send the documents within the time mentioned above, the service time will expire, and Second Party will not be liable to provide the service. The First Party needs to pay again in case s/he still wants the service. Weekends or any other government holidays will not be considered a business day.
1.4 If the First Party does not have an older resume/CV, Second Party will send an email asking detailed questions, and the First Party should provide detailed information to Second Party within six business days. If s/he fails to send the documents within the time mentioned above, the service time will expire, and Second Party will not be liable to provide the service. The First Party needs to pay again in case s/he still wants the service. Weekends or any other government holidays will not be considered a business day.
1.5. Any virtual meeting between the First Party and Second Party will be held during working hours/office hours (9:30 am to 5:30 pm). However, depending on the workload, if the First Party allows, Second Party can arrange meeting after hours. There is no specific time duration for the meeting, and the First Party may participate in the meeting as long as s/he needs to give information or contents.
1.6 If the First party wants to arrange meeting after office house, then, s/he will have to pay additional BDT 1000 to Second party. Second party depending on work pressure will arrange virtual meeting with the first party after office hour. There will be no scope of physical meeting for Resume writing.
1.7. Second Party will provide the service within 15 business days after receiving payment form the First Party. If the First Party does not provide any information within the given time (six business days), Second Party will provide the service based on the First Party’s previous CV/resume. In case Second Party does not receive any information by 15 business days, the service period will expire, and the First Party will need to get in a new service agreement and naturally, s/he will need to pay for this service, previous payment will not be considered for this new service agreement.
1.8. If Second Party requires more than 15 business days to deliver the service, they will contact the First Party in advance to inform this. The First Party may either allow additional time or request a refund.
1.9. First Party should contact Second Party formally after receiving the service to request any change or correction. The email will be considered the only formal communication method. Communication through messenger, WhatsApp, phone call, text etc. or any other communication method will not be considered as the formal communication method.
1.10. First Party must provide feedback to Second Party within 2 days after receiving the service. If s/he fails to send the feedback within the time mentioned above, the service time will expire, and Second Party will not be liable to provide the service/corrections. The First Party needs to pay again in case s/he still wants the service.
1.11. Only one business meeting is included in the service, and the First Party can request additional meetings for an additional fee of BDT 1000 per meeting.
1.12. Second Party will provide the service based on the content provided by the First Party, and it will be strictly followed; an aberration from the source content will not be made.
1.13. Second Party will not take any liability for any fake or wrong information provided by the First Party. The First Party is liable for the consistency of any information provided in his services.
1.14. Second Party will schedule a meeting with the First Party as soon as the payment is received. In most cases, the meeting will be held over a WhatsApp audio call, and in some exceptional cases, if the First Party does not use WhatsApp, it would be over the phone call.
1.15. Second Party will designate a career coach to contact the First Party, and the career coach will collect information about the objective, intention, expectation of the First Party and his/her professional achievements. It may happen in three different ways:
1.15.1. The First Party can provide necessary content while talking to Second Party
Or 1.15.2. Second Party may provide sample content to the First party. Based on that, the Fist party can provide content to the Second Party. Second Party may provide services based on the contents provided by the First Party. The "Six business days" policy is applicable in this case; providing the contents in time is the First Party' responsibility. If the First Party wants to add additional content after six business days, additional payment will be required. Or
1.15.3. Second Party may provide few questions to the First Party and give some direction to collect the correct information, and First Party should provide the required information to the business. The six business day’s policy applies here.
1.16 Three sources of information will be used for the service: a. First Party's existing/ previous resume b. information provided by the First Party through email c. Information provided by the First Party during the one to one meeting between the First Party and Second Party’s representative.
1.17 BDJobs or Linkedin profile is a supplemental service with the core service (resume/CV writing). If the First Party doesn't take the core service, s/he will not be eligible for the supplemental service. Supplemental service is not provided by default; instead, it will be provided if the First Party pays for it or it is promised to offer by Second Party under any special package/deal. Nobody will get the service of bdjobs & linkedin if his/her Resume is not build by the Second party.

2.1 Business will provide the service in digital format, e.g. MS Word or PDF file via email. Hard copy or printing service is not included in the service.
2.2 Formatting issues may happen on the MS word file as the MS word has different versions, and it is usual for this kind of file. It is the First Party's responsibility to solve the format issue on MS word files.
2.3 For the supplemental service, e.g. LinkedIn profile and BDJobs profile, the First Party needs to provide the account information (ID, password) etc., to the business. Second Party representative will use this information to update the information on the account. The CV will be used as the only source of information for the supplemental services.
2.4. Second Party will inform the First Party after BDJobs and Linkedin profile update. It is the First Party's responsibility to change the account information/password within the earliest possible time. Second Party will not take any liability regarding content & security related issues as long as the service is delivered.
2.5. Second Party will not take the responsibility of creating a profile for the supplemental service; instead, they will update an existing profile. Hence, it is the First Party's responsibility to create the profile.

3.1. Urgent delivery service is available for an additional fee of BDT 1000. An urgent delivery will be provided within 72 hours or three business days.
3.2. Payment policy and refund policy will remain as same as the standard policy in case of urgent delivery.

4.1. For any service, the First Party should pay Second Party the total fee all at once. There is no installment or partial payment option.
4.2. All the payments should be made using the payment gateway and the merchant number on the website. Second Party does not receive any payment in cash or any other medium. Hence, it's the First Party’s risk and liability if s/he makes any payment in any other form.
4.3. Second Party may send a payment link or QR code, which uses the same payment gateway mentioned on the website.
4.4. The First Party will be able to pay using the merchant number provided by the Second Party.

5.1. Refund policy is not applicable after Second Party delivers the service to the First Party.
5.2. First Party might ask for a refund if the service is not delivered within 15 days.
5.3. First Party may consider a specific situation and may allow additional days for service delivery; however, it depends on the First Party whether s/he wants the refund or want to wait for few more days, and the issue could be solved based on the discussion between the First Party and the business.
5.4. Refund will be made within 15 days after a First Party makes the request. In this case, First Party need to make a request using the same number s/he used for the web registration; the First Party may request to send money to a different number as long as the request text is sent from the registered number.
5.5.The First Party may request a refund after the First Party meeting happens. However, in this case, a 50% refund will be made, and the policy mentioned above will be followed to make the refund.

6.1. The First Party needs to provide feedback within 6 business days) after receiving the service. All feedback should be sent through a single email, and changes will be made for one time based on the feedback. There is no option to send multiple feedback emails. If the First Party sends multiple emails, only one email will be considered as the feedback email, and changes will be made to that feedback.
6.2. Second Party will not provide the services based on any format provided by the First Party; instead, Second Party emphasizes that the content and service will be provided using a standard format.
6.3. An email is the only acceptable format to receive the feedback; phone calls or any medium of communication will not be accepted for the feedback.
6.4. Feedback should be given in a precise way, e.g. by mentioning in points, by adding comments using the review option in MS word etc. Feedback will not be accepted if it is vague language, e.g. "can you please make it better," "a little bit different," etc.
6.5. If Second Party does not receive the feedback within 48 hours, the deadline for giving the feedback from the First Party's end will expire. There will be an additional fee if the First Party wants to revise the CV based on the feedback.
6.6. If the First Party wants to add information on resume after delivery, which was not discussed in the meeting, the First Party needs to pay an additional BDT 1000.
6.7. The CV will be prepared after the discussion between the First Party and the business. Hence, feedback will be accepted only for change in the words or essential information.
6.8. For the supplemental services (BDJobs profile, Linkedin profile etc.), First Party will be asked for the account information twice, once during the first meeting and once after the delivery. If the First Party does not provide this information within 48 hours of service delivery, the service period will expire, and the First Party will need to pay an additional charge for this service.

7.1. Second Party will maintain the confidentiality of any of the information provided by the First Party. The information will not be shared with any third party without permission from the First Party.
7.2. The resume/CV will not be shared with any third party as a reference or sample of work. (DATA BREACH BY THE THIRD PARTY)
7.3. For the supplemental service, e.g. LinkedIn profile and BDJobs profile, the First Party needs to provide the account information (ID, password), etc. Second Party representative will use this information to update the information on the account. Second Party will inform the First Party after BDJobs and Linkedin profile update. It is the First Party's responsibility to change the account information/password within the earliest possible time. Second Party will not take any liability as long as the service is delivered.

8.1. Second Partywill emphasize the content rather than the format.
8.2. Second Partywill provide the service in their preferred format.
8.3. Second Partywill emphasize on following 24 items while preparing the resume/CV:

8.305. Linkedin ID
8.306.Photo of the First Party
8.307.Career summary
8.308. Career objective
8.309. Core skills
8.310. Personal information/birth date

8.315. Part-time working experience
8.316. Volunteer working experience
8.317. Extra curriculum activities
8.318. Co-curriculum activities
8.319. Corporate social responsibilities

Please note that the parent's name or any other personal information will not be included in the CV/resume. Second Party will ask for the information from the First Party as mentioned above, and service will be provided based on information provided by the First Party. Second Party will not be liable for any wrong information provided by the First Party.
8.4. Second Party will not add any colour, shed or table in the resume. Each resume will be ATS-friendly. Second Party owner/CEO has appropriate training on ATS software, and he has also earned some relevant certificates. Detailed information about those courses and certificates is mentioned in his LinkedIn profile. The CV will be prepared based on the information gained through those courses and other relevant sources/books. Second Party will use the following books as the reference in preparing the CV of the First Party.

8.5. Strategy for writing the resume for the experienced professionals will be different from the fresher's resume. In those cases, emphasis will be given to experience and attributions. Second Party will discover the First Party' achievements by asking the right questions, and statements will be mentioned on the resume/CV by using appropriate statements. Here, achievement means the contribution of the First Party to his current and past companies.
8.6. Second Party will prepare the CV/resume based on the content provided by the First Party. If the First Party does not have any existing content, Second Party will utilize the information collected by the questionnaire and based on the discussion during the one-to-one meeting between the First Party and the business.
8.7. Only the smart job description and achievement parts will be unique, but the other information parts of the CV will be as same as the First Party provided, and Second Party will not be liable for the exclusivity of those parts.
8.8. Second Party will take care of the following points during CV preparation:
8.801. Specific format
8.802. ATS software friendly
8.803. Right Margin
8.804. Professional Font
8.805. Right alignment
8.806. Grammatically Errorless
8.807. Spell checking If there is any error even after this process or the First Party has any feedback, then the First Party can follow the feedback policy (item 6)

9.1. This is a one-time service. The First Party will have the option to provide correction and feedback for a single time after getting the service delivery, and Second Party will make the changes as requested for one time only. For any additional feedback or correction service, the First Party will need to pay additional fees.
9.2. If the First Party wants to update the resume after a promotion or job change and wants to add new achievements, s/he will need to get in a new agreement and will need to pay a fee.
9.3. If the First Party does not provide feedback within 48 hours after receiving the service (see feedback policy), the service duration will expire, and Second Party will not be liable to provide the service.
9.4. For any services in future, First Party will need to sign a new agreement and pay for the service according to the rate.

10.1. If the First Party has paid Second Party for the service, it's assumed that First Party is aware of these policies.
10.2. This policy will be used as a reference to manage any conflict between the First Party and Second Party raised during or after service delivery.
10.3. If this policy does not cover any specific issue related to any specific conflict, it will be solved upon discussion between the First Party and the business.

11.1. The service format is patented under (policy/act number) the patent, design and trademark department, government of Bangladesh. Hence, if this format is copied or utilized without the permission of the business, it will be considered the breach of agreement or piracy of the product and Second Party reserves every right to take legal action.
11.2. Each transaction should be made using the payment gateway or merchant number? And except for technical error, another method of the transaction will not be accepted. In case of technical error, Second Party will provide written instruction, and the First Party needs to follow that instruction to avoid the risk of fraudulent issues.
11.3. If the First Party pays a wrong number based on anyone's verbal instruction or written instruction from unauthorized email, Second Party will not be liable for that loss.

12.1. If Second Party fails to provide service within the committed time, the First Party has the right to request a refund based on the refund policy.
12.2. If the First Party agrees, Second Party may provide the service within the earliest possible time. If not, the First Party has the option to request a refund.
12.3. In case of any state emergency (lockdown, pandemic, network down, storm etc.), physical illness or travel-related issues of the responsible person may impact the delivery date, and Second Party will contact the First Party in advance and may request the First Party to extend the delivery date.
The policy is provided both in English and Bangla for the First Party’s convenience. In addition, an explanation of key policies will be explained through video content. The First Party should read the policies or watch the videos before getting in an agreement and paying the fees. Any excuse will not be accepted if the First Party raises an issue explained in this policy.
The Second party keeps the right to change, Amend, modify any policy or clauses at any time without any prior notice. The new policy will be considered as the operational management standards & manual from that time. Everyone is requested to go through the policy carefully before you make payment or deal.
